The Golden Perch Punch

  • 1 1/2 ounces Goslings Black Seal Bermuda Rum
  • 1 ounce carrot juice
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce spiced simple*
  • 1 barspoon pumpkin butter

How:

  1. Shake, strain, rocks.
  2. Garnish with a baby heirloom carrot.

*This particular spiced simple syrup is made with turbinado sugar, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, saffron and szechuan peppercorns.
